It seems to be a back alley in a nighttime entertainment district.
A big black rat stands up with its hind legs and look this way.

Above its head, a yellow neon sign,
"Ten Year Four Eighths" is shining.
I drew a picture of my first dream this year and put it on the wall so I wouldn't forget it.

what in the world is this weird fraction,"ten years four Enghts"?
I was expecting something would happen soon to make sense of it.
I have't had the slightest idea of what it means yet even though it's almost the end of October.
